Terms of use
Version 1.2 · Effective 13 October 2026 · Omvora Media & Automation
Welcome to Omvora Media & Automation.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Omvora Media & Automation website, including omvoramedia.com, its pages, content, demonstrations and related website features (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Omvora Media & Automation, a registered partnership firm at Hawal, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir 190011, India (“Omvora”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Customer care: hello@omvoramedia.com and +91 90040 22222, Monday to Friday, 11 am to 6 pm IST. Our Grievance Officer is named in section 32.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly and to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms govern use of the Website. They do not, by themselves, create an agreement for paid services, software subscriptions, custom development, implementation, support or any other commercial engagement. Those services are governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, order form, statement of work, subscription agreement or other written agreement entered into between Omvora and the relevant customer.
1. About Omvora
Omvora Media & Automation provides technology and automation services and products, which may include:
- chatbots and conversational automation;
- social media automation;
- content and media workflows;
- SaaS products;
- custom applications;
- integrations;
- internal business tools;
- workflow automation;
- implementation and operational support; and
- related technology and automation services.
The specific services, features, deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities and support arrangements for a customer are determined by the applicable commercial agreement.
Information displayed on the Website is intended to explain Omvora’s capabilities and approach. It is not, by itself, an offer that obligates Omvora to provide any particular service, feature, integration, result or delivery timeline.
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including:
- learning about Omvora and its services;
- evaluating whether Omvora may be suitable for your business;
- contacting Omvora;
- requesting information, demonstrations or proposals; and
- using features that Omvora expressly makes available through the Website.
To contact us through the Website or to enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 or older and legally competent to contract, or be acting with the authority of a business.
You must not use the Website:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to violate applicable laws or regulations;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks or data;
- to introduce malware, malicious code or harmful content;
- to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or related systems without authorisation;
- to impersonate another person or organisation;
- to submit information that you do not have the right to provide;
- to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
- to use automated means to access the Website in a manner that places unreasonable load on the Website or circumvents technical controls; or
- to use the Website in a manner that could reasonably harm Omvora, its systems, customers or other users.
Nothing in these Terms gives you permission to access systems, repositories, APIs, credentials, databases or infrastructure that Omvora has not expressly made available to you.
3. Information on the Website
We aim to keep the Website useful, accurate and current. However, information on the Website may change as our products, services, technology and business develop.
Descriptions, demonstrations, workflows, screenshots, interface examples and product illustrations may show proposed, illustrative, developmental or representative functionality. The conversations, screens, timings and counts shown are illustrations of how our services work, not records of a particular client.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, examples on the Website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that:
- a particular feature is currently available;
- a particular integration is supported;
- a particular language is production-ready;
- a particular automation will produce a particular outcome;
- a particular performance level will be achieved; or
- a particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
Where a feature is described as being in development, it should be understood as developmental and not as a currently guaranteed production capability.
4. AI and Automated Systems
Some Omvora products and services may use artificial intelligence, automation or machine-assisted processing.
AI-assisted or automated outputs may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Where Omvora’s systems provide recommendations, drafts, classifications, generated content, automated responses or other machine-assisted outputs, those outputs should be reviewed appropriately before being relied upon where accuracy or professional judgment matters.
Omvora does not represent that every AI-generated or automated output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.
Our systems may be designed to request approval before certain actions are taken and may provide a means of human handover. The precise approval, automation and human-review mechanisms depend on the applicable product or service.
5. Clinic and Administrative Software
Certain Omvora products may provide administrative software for clinics or healthcare-related organisations. Such functionality may include administrative activities such as:
- appointment booking;
- queue management;
- reminders;
- payment-related workflows;
- administrative communications; and
- related operational tasks.
These functions are administrative in nature.
Omvora’s clinic software is not a medical device or a diagnostic service, and it is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. Using it in a healthcare setting does not change that.
Omvora does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations or clinical judgment through the administrative functionality described on the Website.
Healthcare providers remain responsible for their professional, clinical, regulatory and operational decisions.
Where a customer uses Omvora software to process patient or health-related information, the customer’s and Omvora’s respective roles, responsibilities, data-processing arrangements and security obligations will be determined by the applicable service agreement and data-processing arrangements.
6. Communications and Contact Forms
If you contact Omvora through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide.
We use information submitted through our contact and enquiry channels to receive, understand and respond to enquiries and, where requested, arrange communications, demonstrations, proposals or quotations.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. You do not need to accept the Privacy Notice in order to browse the Website; it tells you how personal data you send us is handled, and the contact form asks for your consent separately, purpose by purpose. Using the Website is never taken as consent to the processing of your personal data.
Messages sent through the Website come only to Omvora. The Website does not publish, display or pass on to other visitors anything a visitor sends.
7. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice explains, among other things:
- what personal data may be processed;
- why it may be processed;
- how it may be used;
- relevant third-party service providers;
- retention and deletion considerations;
- privacy rights and requests;
- grievance handling; and
- how to contact Omvora regarding privacy.
You should read the Privacy Notice before submitting personal information through the Website.
7.1 Cookies and browser storage
On your first visit, a cookie & storage banner asks what the Website may keep in your browser. Strictly necessary items (Cloudflare’s security cookies, the Turnstile check on the contact page and the record of your choice) are always on. Functional preferences (sound, animation and your place on the home page) are kept only if you allow them. The Website uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page. The full list is in section 23 of the Privacy Notice.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce any mandatory privacy or data-protection rights that apply under applicable law.
8. Commercial Services and Customer Agreements
A conversation, enquiry, demonstration, proposal or quotation does not by itself create a binding obligation on Omvora to provide services.
Where you engage Omvora for paid services, the commercial relationship will be governed by the applicable written agreement. Depending on the engagement, this may include:
- quotation;
- proposal;
- statement of work;
- order form;
- subscription agreement;
- service agreement;
- implementation agreement;
- support agreement;
- data-processing agreement; or
- another written commercial document.
That agreement may specify:
- scope;
- deliverables;
- implementation responsibilities;
- timelines;
- pricing;
- taxes;
- payment terms;
- support;
- service levels;
- intellectual property;
- data processing;
- confidentiality;
- security responsibilities;
- termination;
- refunds or cancellation;
- third-party services;
- dependencies; and
- other project-specific terms.
If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms in relation to the services covered by that agreement, the specific written agreement will govern that commercial engagement to the extent of the conflict.
9. Pricing and Quotations
Prices, packages or pricing information displayed on the Website may be indicative unless expressly identified as a binding offer. Prices on the Website state whether GST is included; where it is not, GST at the applicable rate is added and shown separately on the quotation and the invoice.
A quotation or proposal issued directly to a prospective customer may contain different pricing or commercial terms based on the customer’s requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation is subject to the terms and validity period stated in that quotation.
Taxes, third-party platform charges, messaging charges, hosting charges, API charges, payment-processing charges, licences and other external costs may apply depending on the service. Where such costs apply, they will be identified in the applicable commercial documentation before you commit, wherever reasonably practicable.
Before you pay, the quotation or invoice shows the total price in a single figure, with its breakup, including GST and any other charge. We do not add charges that were not shown to you before you committed, we do not show false “limited-time” prices or countdowns, and we do not charge different customers different prices for the same service on the same terms without a reason stated in the quotation.
10. Payments
Where Omvora provides a paid service, payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, subscription agreement or other commercial documentation.
Payment may be made through the payment provider or by the bank transfer named in the quotation or invoice.
Where a third-party payment provider processes a transaction, that provider may have its own terms and privacy practices. Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet credentials are entered with the payment provider, not with Omvora; Omvora receives the transaction reference, amount and status it needs for the transaction, reconciliation, support, legal and accounting purposes.
The payment methods available, and any fee for using them, are stated in the quotation or invoice. A charge-back or dispute on a card or UPI payment is raised with your bank or the payment provider under their own rules; please tell us as well, so that we can help resolve it.
Omvora never asks for an OTP, a CVV, a PIN or a password, and never takes payment in any way other than the one stated in our quotation or invoice. Section 19.1 explains how to report anyone who pretends to be us.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Omvora’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where relevant, the commercial agreement for the service.
Where a customer-specific agreement contains specific refund or cancellation provisions, those provisions apply to that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Under the standard terms of the Refund & Cancellation Policy, an approved refund reaches you within 7 to 14 working days of approval. Part of that time is taken by the payment gateway and the banks, which is outside our control; if a refund has not arrived, tell us and we will follow it up with them and give you the refund reference.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including those under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Omvora services may depend on or integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, communication services, hosting providers, payment providers, social networks, messaging platforms, app stores or other external services. Examples may include services used for:
- WhatsApp;
- Telegram;
- Instagram;
- Facebook;
- hosting;
- cloud infrastructure;
- payments;
- messaging;
- AI processing;
- analytics where applicable;
- software integrations; or
- other external functionality.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their availability, functionality, policies, pricing and technical requirements may change independently of Omvora.
A third-party platform outage, API change, policy change, account restriction, suspension, rate limit or technical failure may affect an Omvora service that depends on that platform.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Omvora does not guarantee the continued availability or unchanged functionality of a third-party platform.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of third-party platforms connected to their accounts or used in their operations.
13. Customer Accounts, Credentials and Access
Where a service requires customer accounts, credentials, API keys, platform access or other authentication information, the customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate authority to provide that access.
Customers must not provide Omvora with credentials or access information that they are not authorised to share.
Customers are responsible for:
- maintaining appropriate account permissions;
- notifying Omvora of unauthorised access where relevant;
- keeping credentials secure;
- ensuring that connected third-party accounts are legitimately controlled by them; and
- complying with applicable third-party platform requirements.
Where Omvora is responsible for managing credentials as part of a service, the applicable commercial agreement will determine the relevant security, access, ownership and handover arrangements.
14. Customer Content and Instructions
Where a customer provides content, data, instructions, media, branding materials, documents, credentials or other information to Omvora for the purpose of providing a service, the customer represents that it has the necessary rights and authority to provide that material for the intended use.
The customer remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with material it supplies, except to the extent responsibility is expressly allocated to Omvora under a written agreement.
Customers must not knowingly provide material that:
- infringes another person’s rights;
- contains unlawful content;
- unlawfully discloses another person’s confidential information;
- contains malicious code; or
- Omvora is not legally permitted to process or use for the requested purpose.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Omvora. This includes, as applicable:
- Omvora’s name and branding;
- logos;
- website design;
- text;
- graphics;
- photographs;
- illustrations;
- software;
- interface designs;
- demonstrations;
- documentation;
- workflows;
- original content; and
- other materials made available through the Website.
You may view and use the Website for its intended purpose, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution.
You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, licence, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Omvora-owned Website content — including copying the Website, its design or its animations for another business — without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos and platform references (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram) remain the property of their respective owners. They appear on the Website only to describe the channels we work with, and do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
16. Customer Ownership of Deliverables
Ownership of customer-specific deliverables is determined by the applicable commercial agreement.
Where a written agreement expressly transfers ownership of specified deliverables to the customer upon payment or another defined event, that agreement governs.
Unless expressly transferred or licensed under a commercial agreement, Omvora retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- software;
- frameworks;
- templates;
- libraries;
- systems;
- automation components;
- methodologies;
- know-how;
- reusable code;
- tools;
- infrastructure;
- workflows; and
- other underlying materials.
A customer’s ownership of a final deliverable does not automatically transfer Omvora’s ownership of reusable underlying technology or pre-existing materials.
17. Open-Source and Third-Party Software
Omvora may use open-source software and third-party software in its products and services. Such components may be subject to their own licences, and those licence terms continue to apply to the relevant components.
Where required, applicable licence notices or attribution information may be provided through the relevant product, repository, documentation or commercial delivery.
18. Confidential Information
Where Omvora and a customer exchange confidential information during a commercial engagement, confidentiality obligations will be governed by the applicable agreement or confidentiality arrangement.
Website visitors should not submit highly sensitive or confidential information through general enquiry forms unless specifically requested or appropriate for the enquiry. Do not submit:
- passwords;
- private encryption keys;
- payment credentials;
- authentication secrets;
- confidential third-party information that you are not authorised to disclose; or
- highly sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Where confidential information is required for a project, the parties should use the agreed commercial or secure communication process.
19. Security
Omvora takes reasonable steps appropriate to the services it provides to protect its systems and information. However, no internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted, and internet communications can involve risks outside Omvora’s reasonable control.
If you discover a security issue affecting the Website, please report it promptly to privacy@omvoramedia.com rather than attempting to exploit the issue or access information that is not intended for you.
19.1 People pretending to be Omvora
Omvora will never ask you, by email, message or telephone, for an OTP, a CVV, a card or UPI PIN, a password, or your full card or bank-account details, and does not call or message people offering prizes, free gifts or lucky-draw rewards. Our only contact details are those in section 37. If someone claiming to be Omvora asks for any of these, do not reply or pay: report it to privacy@omvoramedia.com, and, if you have lost money, to your bank and to the national cyber-crime helpline 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and functional, but we do not guarantee that it will always be:
- available;
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- compatible with every device or browser; or
- free from defects or security vulnerabilities.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the Website for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- upgrades;
- infrastructure changes;
- legal requirements;
- operational reasons; or
- other legitimate business reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material planned interruptions.
21. Links to Other Websites
The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience or reference.
Omvora does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their:
- content;
- availability;
- security;
- privacy practices;
- terms;
- products; or
- services.
Your use of a third-party website is subject to that provider’s applicable terms and policies.
21.1 Linking to the Website
You may link to any page of the Website without asking us, provided the link does not suggest that Omvora endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you, and the page opens as our page. The Website’s pages cannot be shown inside a frame on another website.
22. Prohibited Automated or Technical Use
You must not:
- scrape or systematically copy substantial portions of the Website without permission;
- bypass access controls;
- attempt to reverse engineer protected Website functionality except where permitted by applicable law;
- interfere with servers or networks;
- introduce malicious code;
- conduct denial-of-service activity;
- attempt credential attacks;
- probe systems for vulnerabilities without authorisation;
- circumvent rate limits or technical controls; or
- use automated activity that materially interferes with Website operation.
This section does not restrict lawful security research or other activities protected by applicable law, provided they are carried out responsibly and without unauthorised access, disruption or misuse.
23. User Submissions
If the Website allows you to submit comments, messages, files or other material, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is lawful and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
You grant Omvora only the permissions reasonably necessary to receive, store, communicate, process and respond to your submission for the purpose for which you provided it, subject to the Privacy Notice and any applicable commercial agreement.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your content to Omvora.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Omvora does not guarantee that the Website will meet every user’s requirements or that every statement, demonstration or example will remain current indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing on the Website or in these Terms constitutes:
- medical advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- financial advice;
- professional advice from a regulated professional; or
- a guarantee of a particular business outcome.
25. Business Outcomes and Automation Results
Omvora provides technology, automation and related services.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written commercial agreement, Omvora does not guarantee a specific:
- increase in sales;
- number of leads;
- number of followers;
- engagement level;
- advertising result;
- conversion rate;
- revenue level;
- cost saving;
- customer response rate;
- AI accuracy level; or
- business outcome.
Results can depend on factors outside Omvora’s control, including customer inputs, market conditions, platform algorithms, third-party services, audience behaviour, pricing, content, implementation and operational decisions.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of the Website.
For paid services, any limitation of liability applicable to the commercial relationship will be specified in the relevant written agreement. If a commercial agreement does not contain a separate limitation of liability provision, Omvora’s liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud and any liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.
27. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights through material or information you submit to Omvora.
This section does not require you to indemnify Omvora for losses caused by Omvora’s own unlawful conduct or to the extent such an obligation would not be enforceable under applicable law.
For customer engagements, any more detailed indemnity obligations will be governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
28. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary for:
- security;
- legal compliance;
- abuse prevention;
- protection of the Website or other users; or
- material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination or suspension of Website access does not automatically terminate any separate commercial agreement between Omvora and a customer. Such agreements are governed by their own terms.
29. Changes to the Website and Services
Omvora may update, modify, replace or discontinue Website content, features or services as its business and technology develop.
Where a material change affects an existing customer’s contracted service, the applicable commercial agreement will govern the parties’ rights and obligations.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the version and “Last updated” date shown at the beginning of this page.
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method where required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
Your continued use of the Website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent such acceptance is legally effective.
Where a specific form of acceptance is required for a contractual service, we will obtain that acceptance through the applicable commercial process.
31. Privacy and These Terms
These Terms should be read together with Omvora’s Privacy Notice, which explains how personal data is handled, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains applicable refund and cancellation arrangements.
Neither document should be interpreted as replacing a customer-specific commercial agreement where one exists.
32. Complaints and Grievances
If you have a question, complaint or concern regarding the Website or Omvora’s services, please contact us first so that we can understand and address the issue.

We handle every complaint fairly, courteously and on time. When we answer, we tell you how to take the matter further if you are not satisfied.
For customer-specific services, the applicable commercial agreement may provide additional escalation or support channels.
Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law, including approaching the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory laws and jurisdictional rules.
Subject to applicable law, the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this clause removes a mandatory jurisdiction, consumer remedy or statutory forum that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement, including the rights of a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
If it cannot be made enforceable, it will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
35. No Waiver
If Omvora does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Omvora has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only if it is given in writing, and it applies only to the situation it names.
36. Entire Understanding for Website Use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, describe the general terms applicable to use of the Website.
They do not replace a separate written agreement governing paid services or a customer relationship. Where a specific written commercial agreement applies, that agreement governs the relevant commercial relationship as stated in that agreement.
