Version 1.0 · Effective 23 September 2026

Technology that fits the work — not a package you have to force it into.

Every business starts from a different place. Some need a customer-facing chatbot. Some need their entire content workflow connected. Some need a product that can run continuously. And some need software built specifically around the way their business operates.

So Omvora does not force every engagement into one price. We price around the system you actually need to build, operate and maintain. Every price is agreed in a written quotation before any paid work begins.

How an engagement runs, from the first conversation to operating the system: How we work.

Three ways to pay. Cancel any month.

Whatever the line, an engagement takes one of three forms. Each has standard terms, set out in full in the refund and cancellation policy, that apply unless your quotation says otherwise.

Subscription

Chatbots · Social Automation · Idea to Post · SaaS

  • A monthly fee per line, agreed in the quotation and billed monthly in advance
  • Setup in the first month, then the line runs
  • Approval stays with you; nothing posts or replies without it, unless you decide otherwise
  • Cancel from the end of any month: tell us before the month ends and nothing further is charged. Your data and content are yours

Project

Digital Products

  • A fixed price for a written scope, paid stage by stage
  • Stop after any completed stage; a stage not yet started is not charged
  • Handed over with your repository, your keys and a runbook, where the project agreement provides for it
  • Operation afterwards is optional, as a subscription

Pilot

Any line, one channel, one month

  • One channel, one month, a fixed pilot fee paid in advance
  • Measured against what you do today, in writing
  • Stop in the first 7 days for a full refund; at the end, continue as a subscription or stop with nothing further owed

Five lines. Five ways to work with us.

01

Chatbots

Conversational automation for your customers.

We build and configure conversational systems for supported channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, websites and other supported customer channels.

Depending on the implementation, it may include: customer questions; product or service information; routine requests; lead capture; order or enquiry workflows; multilingual conversations; escalation to a person; integrations with business systems.

Pricing: custom quote. It depends on channels; conversation volume; workflow complexity; integrations; AI/model requirements; knowledge sources; languages; deployment architecture; ongoing support; third-party platform or messaging costs.

The quotation specifies the exact scope, implementation, integrations, support and ongoing costs.

02

Social Automation

Your content workflow, connected.

Social automation can connect:

  1. Plan
  2. Create
  3. Review
  4. Approve
  5. Schedule
  6. Publish
  7. Learn

Depending on the implementation, it may include: content planning; content generation; review and approval workflows; scheduling; publishing; comment and message workflows; channel-specific content; performance learning; human escalation.

Pricing: custom quote. It depends on number of channels; content volume; automation depth; approval requirements; publishing workflows; AI usage; integrations; reporting requirements; ongoing operational support.

Third-party platform charges, advertising spend and other external costs are not included unless the quotation expressly says so.

03

Idea to Post

From one sentence to something ready to publish.

A connected content workflow can take an idea through:

  1. Idea
  2. Brief
  3. Script
  4. Shoot
  5. Cut
  6. Caption
  7. Schedule
  8. Post

Depending on the implementation, it may include: creative briefing; script development; content planning; footage analysis; editing workflows; captions; hooks; platform-specific versions; scheduling; approval.

Pricing: custom quote. It depends on the amount and type of content; production requirements; editing complexity; languages; platforms; turnaround expectations; level of automation.

Where third-party tools, production costs, creators, locations, paid media or other external services are required, those costs are shown separately in the quotation.

04

SaaS

Products built to run continuously.

Omvora develops and operates SaaS products for defined operational workflows. One example is administrative clinic software supporting bookings, live queues, reminders, payment-related workflows and administrative communication. Administrative only, never clinical.

Pricing: custom quote. It depends on the specific product and plan; included usage or limits; included features; material third-party charges.

Custom quote, as a monthly subscription. There are no published plans yet; when a product has them, its page or checkout will state the price, billing interval, taxes, usage limits, features, renewal, cancellation and refund terms, and material third-party charges, before you pay. A tailored deployment gets a separate quotation.

Digital Products

Built around your business.

We build the digital product a business needs: websites, ecommerce, web apps and custom software, around the workflow it runs on. Each is scoped and quoted in writing.

  1. Website
  2. Ecommerce
  3. Web app
  4. Custom software

Pricing: custom quote. It depends on discovery; architecture; design; development; integrations; infrastructure; security requirements; testing; deployment; documentation; support; ongoing maintenance.

Custom quote, as a project. The quotation identifies the scope, stages, payment schedule, deliverables and relevant third-party costs.

What determines the price?

We do not price a system by counting features. We look at what the system needs to do and what it needs to operate reliably.

Scope
What are we actually building?
Complexity
How many workflows, decisions, integrations and edge cases are involved?
Usage
How much traffic, messaging, content, AI processing or infrastructure will the system handle?
Integrations
Which external systems need to connect?
Channels
Where will the system operate?
Languages
Does the system need to operate across multiple languages?
Infrastructure
What hosting, storage, compute, monitoring, backups or other infrastructure does the system require?
Support
Does the engagement require ongoing monitoring, maintenance or operational support?
Third-party costs
Does the system depend on external APIs, messaging platforms, AI providers, software licences or other paid services?

The exact pricing basis is stated in the quotation, proposal, subscription terms or commercial agreement.

What your price includes

Every paid engagement tells you what you are actually paying for. Depending on the service, the quotation specifies discovery, design, development, configuration, implementation, integrations, testing, deployment, onboarding, documentation, training, support, maintenance and handover.

If something is outside the agreed scope, we say so rather than silently treating it as included.

Third-party costs

Some Omvora systems rely on services operated by other companies: messaging platforms, AI providers, cloud infrastructure, hosting, APIs, software licences, payment providers, app stores and other external services.

Third-party costs may be included, passed through at cost, or billed separately, depending on the engagement. The quotation identifies which, and names the material ones, before you commit. We never present a third-party charge as an Omvora fee.

Taxes

Our quotations and invoices state whether GST is included. Unless a quotation expressly says a price includes GST, GST at the applicable rate is added to it and shown separately on the invoice.

Every invoice is a GST tax invoice carrying the particulars GST law requires: one each month for a subscription, or one per stage for a project.

Custom means custom

A custom quotation is a fixed price for a written scope — not an opening number to be renegotiated after work begins. Before a custom engagement starts, the quotation or agreement identifies, as appropriate: scope, deliverables, stages, price, payment schedule, applicable taxes, assumptions, third-party costs, implementation responsibilities, support, cancellation terms and refund terms.

Any material change in scope is agreed with you, in writing, before it is made.

Subscriptions

Before you subscribe, the quotation or purchase flow shows:

  1. Price
  2. Billing period
  3. What is included
  4. Renewal
  5. Cancellation
  6. Refund terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel. We tell you this before you subscribe, and a subscription with any other billing interval says so plainly.

Cancelling stops all charges from the end of the current month. The month already paid for is not refunded, because the service keeps running until it ends, unless the refund policy or the law provides otherwise.

No hidden scope

We want the price to make sense when the invoice arrives. That means no undisclosed mandatory add-ons; no pretending third-party charges are included when they are not; no calling optional services mandatory; no artificial discounting; no inflated “original price” used to make a current price look cheaper; no surprise renewal structure, and no cancellation harder than subscribing; and no material change to the agreed scope without your agreement.

This is how the Central Consumer Protection Authority’s Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023 expect prices to be shown, and it is how we show ours. Where additional work is requested, we identify its scope and cost, and get your agreement, before proceeding.

Discounts and promotions

Any promotional price, introductory offer, discount or credit states its conditions. Where a discount has an expiry date, eligibility criteria, limited availability, a subscription commitment, a usage limitation or other material conditions, those conditions are shown with the offer.

We do not present a promotional price as a permanent “sale”, and we show a comparison price only where it is a price we have genuinely charged and can substantiate.

How a business pays

  1. QuoteScope, amount and start date in writing, after the walkthrough.
  2. InvoiceA GST invoice each month, or per stage for a project.
  3. PaymentUPI, cards, net banking or wallets through our payment partner’s secure page, or bank transfer. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the partner’s page, never given to Omvora.
  4. ReceiptA receipt by email within minutes; the line starts on the agreed date.

How a patient pays a clinic

Inside our clinic software the clinic is always the merchant. Omvora never holds a patient’s money.

  1. BookingThe patient books in Telegram and sees the consultation fee before confirming.
  2. Pay nowOne tap opens the clinic’s secure payment page: UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
  3. ConfirmationThe receipt lands in the same chat with the token number; the clinic sees it at the desk.
  4. RefundsCancelled or missed appointments follow the clinic’s refund policy, linked from every receipt.

What happens after you talk to us?

  1. UnderstandWe reply within 2–3 working days, usually the same day; in a 30-minute first call we look at the workflow and what you are trying to achieve.
  2. ScopeWe identify what needs to be built, connected or operated.
  3. QuoteYou receive the quotation in writing.
  4. AgreeScope, price, responsibilities and terms are confirmed before paid work begins.
  5. BuildWe implement the agreed system.
  6. OperateWhere ongoing support is included, we continue to operate and maintain the agreed parts of the system.

Built around the business

The right solution may be small. It may be a single chatbot. It may be a complete content workflow. It may be a SaaS product. It may be a custom application connecting systems that previously had no connection.

The price should follow the requirement. Not the other way around.

Pricing transparency

Before you commit to a paid service, you will know: what you are buying; what is included; what is not included; how much it costs; whether taxes apply; whether the charge is one-time or recurring; whether it renews; how cancellation works; how refunds work; and whether third-party charges apply.

The quotation, proposal, purchase flow or commercial agreement is the definitive source for the transaction-specific price and terms.

Pricing notes

No amounts are published on this page; every service is quoted in writing for its scope.
Taxes
GST is added to quoted prices and shown separately on the invoice, unless the quotation says it is included.
Third-party charges
External platform, API, messaging, infrastructure, software or payment charges may apply depending on the service; the quotation names them.
Subscriptions
Billed monthly in advance; cancel from the end of any month.
Custom work
Custom development, implementation and tailored deployments require a written scope and quotation.
Refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable commercial agreement.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

You do not need to know which product you need. Tell us: what are you trying to automate?

We’ll help identify where a system can actually create value — and where it probably shouldn’t be built. Refunds and cancellations are set out in the refund and cancellation policy; nothing on this page removes a consumer right the law gives you.
