Contacting us is not a contract
Sending an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement or a subscription, guarantee that Omvora will accept the proposed work, guarantee a particular price or implementation, or require you to buy a service. A paid engagement is governed by the quotation or other written agreement, with our terms of use, pricing and refund and cancellation policy.
Do not send credentials
For your security, do not put passwords, one-time passwords, card numbers, CVV or security codes, API keys, private encryption keys, account recovery codes, authentication tokens, or another person’s or organisation’s confidential information in the form. If a project needs technical credentials, we agree a secure way to hand them over for that engagement.
Privacy, consent and the terms are different things
The privacy notice explains how personal data is handled. Consent is a specific permission for one stated purpose — the boxes above. The terms of use govern use of the website. A marketing preference is separate from all three. You do not need to accept the privacy notice or agree to receive marketing to browse the website.
